Company History

2014-2017

Foner founding team entered floating solar industry in 2014.It began floating solar system R&D work and participated in China's first experimental floating solar project in 2017.

2017-2021

The founding team of Foner took the lead in establishing the world's largest advanced manufacturing base for floating solar systems in Huainan, Anhui Province. They also participated in the construction of the first large-scale floating solar project in China and the largest floating solar project in Southeast Asia. They began the development of the Seaflower series of floating systems and the Sunflower series of rooftop solar systems, improved the layout design and anchoring schemes， and applied for a series of patents.

2021-2022

Foner has been officially established,specializing in the research anddevelopment, production and sales offloating solar systems. It has establishedtechnical cooperation relationships withmany research institutes and isexpanding the application of floating solarsystems to the harsher offshore areas. Itaspires to become the world's leadingprovider of full life cycle solutions forfloating solar systems.

2022-2025

Foner floating solar systems undergocontinuous iteration, with productperformance consistently improving andoverall costs gradually declining. Theapplication scenarios for these PVsystem products have expanded toinclude both land-based and offshoreinstallations. By the end of 2025, thecompany had cumulatively suppliedsolar systems with a total capacity ofseveral hundred megawatts.
